How do I open an account?

What are your payment terms?

For account customers our payment terms are 30 days from date of the invoice.

How long are your quotes valid for?

Our quotes are valid for 30 days subject to availability of our vehicles.

Do you offer storage services?

We are able to able to provide both short term and long term storage. Please contact us for more details.

How much notice do you need?

We understand the nature of transport and requirements changing at short notice. For smaller vehicles (up to 3.5 tonne) we can usually collect nationwide with the hour and deliver direct (same day) or at a suitable time of your choice.

Larger vehicles such as artics sometimes require more planning subject to current drivers hours laws. However if you have short notice requirements please call us as we will usually be able to provide a solution.

Are you fully insured?

All our vehicles are tracked and our drivers are trained to ensure all goods are securely strapped.  We always park in secure facilities and plan all routes to mitigate unnecessary overnight stops.

Additionally all goods are insured under our Conditions of Carriage policy. However we can tailor insurance to suit individual customer needs or to cover extremely high value goods. Please contact us for more details.
